Avocado Guacamole Deviled Eggs are a fresh and flavorful twist on the classic appetizer. Made with creamy avocado, lime juice, and guacamole-inspired ingredients, they’re healthier, colorful, and perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or 1 small clove garlic, minced)
  • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion or shallots
  • 1 small jalapeño or chili, finely diced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional Toppings:
  • 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp paprika or chili powder
  • Extra cilantro or green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks and avocado together until smooth.
  3. Stir in lime juice, garlic, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon or pipe the avocado-yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
  5. Top with optional garnishes like diced tomato, paprika, or extra herbs.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes
