Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • Optional: chili flakes, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Finely grate fresh ginger and mince the garlic.
  • In a bowl or jar, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and citrus juice.
