Air fryer pumpkin seeds are a crunchy, healthy, and customizable snack made in minutes. Perfect for enjoying on their own, sprinkling over salads, or topping soups, they’re a nutritious way to use fresh pumpkin seeds with endless flavor variations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds (cleaned and rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning of choice (paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cinnamon sugar, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds thoroughly to remove pulp and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with oil, salt, and desired seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  6. Remove once golden brown and crispy, then let cool slightly before serving.
