  • 2 cups dill pickle slices (chips or spears, patted dry)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each pickle slice in flour, dip in the egg, then coat with the seasoned panko mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  6. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.

  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
