Air fryer garlic cheese bread is a quick, cheesy, and garlicky side dish that comes together in under 15 minutes. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with flavor, it pairs perfectly with pasta, soup, or salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian loaf
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  6. Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket (cut to fit if needed).
  7. Cook for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.Check the bread at 5 minutes, as air fryer models vary.Assemble ahead and refrigerate; cook just before serving.For freezer prep, assemble and freeze before cooking.
