Air Fryer Cauliflower Tots are crispy, cheesy, and healthy bite-sized snacks made with tender cauliflower, breadcrumbs, and simple seasonings. These easy air fryer tots are perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or kid-friendly snack with a golden crunchy outside and soft, flavorful inside.
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until tender. Let them cool slightly.
Place the cooked cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
Finely chop the cauliflower or pulse it in a food processor until it resembles small crumbs.
Transfer the cauliflower to a mixing bowl. Add eggs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small tot-shaped cylinders using your hands.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the tots in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly with oil.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
