7 Layer Bars are a sweet, indulgent treat made with layers of graham cracker crust, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, nuts, and sweetened condensed milk. These easy-to-make bars are the perfect dessert for any occasion, offering a delightful combination of chewy, crunchy, and gooey goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or your choice)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Make the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until well combined and press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  3. Layer the ingredients: Add the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped nuts on top of the crust.
  4. Pour condensed milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  6. Cool and serve: Allow the bars to cool for 30 minutes before cutting them into squares.

Notes
